5++ star results. My recovery disks were shipped the next day and tracking was quickly provided on request. I had an issue during recovery and shot an email off to Michael at 5:49 PM on July 3rd. I guess he wasn't out grilling or hoisting cold beers, because he responded at 5:56 PM with the solution I needed (yep, 6 minutes - the day before 4th of July).
