Beautiful and clean, even though construction was going on. The atm's worked as they should. Just a bank. Parking can be tricky if you need to step in and out real quick but that's down town for you. ~Jonathan

Had an appointment and got there and the doors were locked. Called the lobby and was told that there was only one employee and I couldn’t be helped. They did not call or email me to cancel or reschedule. They even sent me an appointment reminder. Complete waste of my time. I’ll be finding another bank very soon! ~Kodie

All banks do is keep you in the red bc thats why they charge service fees because if you dont use your card, they take money off of it and you eventually will be broke. Then they close the account. That's how these banks stay in business and im tired of making the rich get richer. The hidden fees make it worse. You don't see them until it's too late. The monthly service fee is $4.95 and hidden fees are even higher. Utterly ridiculous. ~D

Only left one star because I had to put a star to leave a review but this collage drive branch is a huge zero they need to hire better people the service is horrible and they move so slow like they’re lazy turtle speed it’s a shame this is by far the worst regions branch ~Retha

Worst experience ever: I called 3x to issue a complaint about one of their customers in a cheap, silver Mercedes skipping me at the ATM line, and no one answered. As I understand, this Regions bank has a “drive-thru” ATM; in plain terms, you fall in line by remaining INSIDE of your vehicle in the correct lane. However, this rude woman chose to park her car in a no-parking zone and walked to the machine and went all accusatory against me, arguing that she was in line first. That’s equivalent to saying that you want to park your vehicle in a McDonald’s lot and walk to the speaker box and order. Regions Bank needs to include signs and put things in simple terms because people really are illiterate these days. ~Austin

Never trust B1 bank. Especially not this branch and their branch manager Lacy. She went out of her way to put a custom personalized hold on my mother’s account just to stop her from doing with her money as she planned. Needless to say bankers should have no business metaling in clients affairs. This experience here made me extremely scared for society. Abuse of power was definitely at play here.
