We got alot of balloons and the young men hooked us up! Had one doing them then the other came to help him make them look perfect and had another man offering help close by. Awesome teamwork! This was Friday on 4/22/22 around 1:30pm. There were 3 young black men that helped us. Hope they get recognized at work for there great work and customer service. No Customer Service. The store has changed ( remodel) but it still wasn't clean. This was my first time in there. I went to the home depot because I brought my aunt and living room set for mother's day and came on the west bank to bring her to the doctor. I was in the area and just decided to stop in and see if they had grey sofa pillows. The department needed cleaning,shoes and I walked back to go out and just looked around the store and saw the it needed care as well. I remember as a manager you couldn't walk around the store and see it looking like this and not even attempt to pick it up ☹️. I also put my basket back and noticed I guess LP ( a dark skin lady) sitting in a chair and a short lady telling a older lady customer she can't take the basket out of the store. It's not what you say. It's how you say it 😶. I just thought 🤔 and I could tell by the woman face that she didn't say it in the best way either 🙄. Again, Customer Service Just Isn't There. I Know So Many People Need They Jobs. But I Also Know So Many People Just Come To Work Just To Collect A Check. I Hope It's Not The Case With The Employees Of Burlington. ~Linda

Liz is one of the best retail sales persons we have ever experienced. Highly informative and truly helpful with guiding us to the best mattress choices based on our particular needs. She took the time to explain the details and asked us pertinent questions. But most important she is a delightful and empathic person. Liz gave us price breaks because we are longstanding Mattress Firm customers and guided us into an excellent no interest payment plan. We would recommend the Harvey, LA store to anyone. Good station. Friendly clerk. Lots of items to purchase, especially snacks for the movie... Shhhhhh don't tell. You can also get some booze here, SO WINNING!!!! I mean a real-life liquor section just to the left as you enter. Gas here seems to be average priced; especially since there's another station ACROSS THE STREET!!! Easy-in, easy-out. Seems like a popular station. The short time I was there, there was lots of foot traffic. Gas, Snacks and Booze, SO WINNING... Where was this place on my many road trips!!!! ~Teneha

Horrible we have not been able to wash since October 28th got the machines brand new have to wash at the Laundry facility!!! The delivery techs from bham came to look at the washer and saw the machine was defective, water wont drain, Conns have not done anything about it yet. We were promised another machine the manager Gray has not contacted us back yet with status of the new machine being delivered! 3000 for a washer dryer that can't be used is very bad have to figure out how to get this machine back to the store I may need to call the news channel and get them to do a report on the bad business they are giving! ~Shaun
