Now I understand why the problems in this store continue, look at the "generated responses" every complaint on here has received. The concerns listed here are mostly the same yet "Jorge & Nura" are sending the same exact bs message to everyone so how much could they care? The checkout line in this store are ALWAYS OUTRAGEOUS! The cashiers feel that there's no need for speedy service because they have to be there so it doesn't bother them when they take forever. And you can always see workers walk behind the counter then leave instead of helping to decrease the line. The attitudes given are always just like the parking lot, funky! It's as if the customers are inconvening the staff & in the parking lot your guaranteed to roll onto some type of trash. At this point the parking lot is like a "sign" meaning, how it smells when you get out the car is how your experience will be in this store. I hope the other location is better!

Sizes are always all over the place so whatever quality stuff they have you have to search for it like a treasure hunt. They closed early on Saturday even though google says midnight then, some lady came around basically saying y'all gotta get the hell out at 11pm. I won't even comment on the headphones around her neck(very professional). But then someone comes over the PA saying 15 minutes to close...needless to say I'm confused but then, I put everything back because I'm not going to buy any of it without trying it on. They lost a sale today and maybe in the future. Obviously customer service is a lost art because most of these retailers don't have it. The only thing that saved a star was merchandise. They usually have something that I can wear.

Store closes when they feel. Store closed today at 10 when it says 11 on the door. Customers were still shopping but they wouldn’t let me in at 10:15!!

They really need more employees to check out the customers 🙄 I waited 30 minutes in line just to ring up 5 items. It seems like every time I go, it's line. There were times I just left because of the long lines.

No Customer Service. The store has changed ( remodel) but it still wasn't clean. This was my first time in there. I went to the home depot because I brought my aunt and living room set for mother's day and came on the west bank to bring her to the doctor. I was in the area and just decided to stop in and see if they had grey sofa pillows. The department needed cleaning,shoes and I walked back to go out and just looked around the store and saw the it needed care as well. I remember as a manager you couldn't walk around the store and see it looking like this and not even attempt to pick it up ☹️. I also put my basket back and noticed I guess LP ( a dark skin lady) sitting in a chair and a short lady telling a older lady customer she can't take the basket out of the store. It's not what you say. It's how you say it 😶. I just thought 🤔 and I could tell by the woman face that she didn't say it in the best way either 🙄. Again, Customer Service Just Isn't There. I Know So Many People Need They Jobs. But I Also Know So Many People Just Come To Work Just To Collect A Check. I Hope It's Not The Case With The Employees Of Burlington.

Friendly staff. As all retailers, I am sure staffing has been an issue, like others, it was messy and not recovered. The team was working on it, but couldn't keep up as customers are messy and really do not care to put things back where they found them.

Terrible! Do not shop here. Marshall's is a big step up from this place. Messy, line was so long, credit card machine not working.

The line is extremely long and 1 person on register. Mgr came up for a problem and left. Was not until another customer starting shouting and requesting mgr that she sent one of the 5 people stocking to help out. People started leaving item and the store. SAD

This store is ridiculous. Their selections are horrible and outdated. They are packed with customers, the line wraps around the store and they only have two registers open. The wait to check out was an hour. I will never shop here again.

They really need to close the store down. 12/4/20 New upgrade, better merchandise, lines are long, but items are worth the wait.
