Horrible we have not been able to wash since October 28th got the machines brand new have to wash at the Laundry facility!!! The delivery techs from bham came to look at the washer and saw the machine was defective, water wont drain, Conns have not done anything about it yet. We were promised another machine the manager Gray has not contacted us back yet with status of the new machine being delivered! 3000 for a washer dryer that can't be used is very bad have to figure out how to get this machine back to the store I may need to call the news channel and get them to do a report on the bad business they are giving!

Bought a new refrigerator. Great options and credit available. Under warranty... after a month having issues with the icemaker's door dispenser. Customer service phone line awful!

The layout of the store is very nice but when you start looking at the prices of what they sell, there is no more questions why the parking lot is empty. Great parking all day. Better deals at Home Depot and Lowe's. If you dont believe me, if you have a new car and want to go to Home Depot and dont want to park close to anyone (car door scratches), park in the Conn's HomePlus lot. You can get 2 parking places at any given time.

Very courteous, helpful, pleasant employees! I love the fact that they allowed me to lead the purchase transaction. I wanted to do finance app then look and they didn't follow me around and allowed me to browse on my own. I knew exactly what I wanted and they didn't try to sell me anything else.

Conn’s was quick and easy, but most importantly IN STOCK. We purchased an LG wash tower on Friday and had it delivered on Sunday. Our salesman Eric was a pleasure to work with! Great team at the Harvey store!
