EXTREMELY POOR Customer Service I will not purchase anything else from Lowes In Baton Rouge It started with their rep Ron Smith and went down hill from their Nakia (SP) tried but it still failed and then today having to deal with Tiya(SP) who said she is a store manger This store has incompetent personal I know all the above sounds bad but when your spending $100 K and more a year nationwide with a vendor you would expect better customer service

The store is well organized. Some items, such as large appliances, are OVERPRICED. LOWES needs to price match.

Great store. No hassle returns if buy too much or make a mistake in your purchase. They also give a veterans discount.

Daryl in Doors is the only good employee you have. Service and phone response is useless. I was promised a delivery but it did not come and no one answers any phones at all at Lowes. Delivery was changed and delayed 4 days with no notice at all.

5 stars just to Brandon in the flooring section who totally saved the day!!! This dude knew exactly where to find the floors which eluded every single other Lowes employee. Someone give this man a bonus, a raise and a high five for going above and beyond to help secure some extra floor planks for my business' remodel. Because of him I could reopen as planned without having to extend the closure.

Sometimes it's difficult to find certain stuff. Usually stocked up. Really great garden selection. If you find the right person, the help and knowledge can save you a lot of time.

Been visiting to get my succulents from here great experience the cashier is a very nice man he helps every time. Ran into a lovely young lady who was a big help this time im a new succulent mommy and she was very friendly and helpful 😊

Went into Lowe’s hoping to find the perfect washer and dryer set. This was my very first time getting a brand new set. I’ve always had hand me down sets. Which is fine, until they break for the 17th time. LOL So I felt deserving of this beautiful brand new Samsung set I got. It was delivered and installed for free, and I was given complimentary connections because they don’t like using the ones from your old machines. The gentleman that came out were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They were happy to answer all my questions, and showed me things about the washing machine I didn’t know. I 100% recommend getting your home appliances from Lowe’s.
