5 Best furniture store in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (LA) 2024

I'm in love with the 3 peice livingroom sofa set, that I got from Big Ben. It is absolutely the most comfortable sofa that I have ever sat on. I was surprised by their quality of merchandise. If your looking to buy some new furniture, I recommend, you stop by Big Ben. ~Majeedah

WORST Customer Service Ever! We purchased 10 of these side chairs for our dining table in February and waited over 4 months for them to be delivered. When the driver took the chairs off the truck and brought them inside, it was immediately obvious that several (5) chairs had an issue with uneven legs and were very wobbly. The driver called the service department on the spot, but they refused to take those chairs back, saying they would send out a technician to repair the chairs on-site. We waited another month for a tech to show up, and from the moment that he arrived he was in a big rush to leave. He looked at a few of the chairs and loosened and re-tightened some of the screws one one of them, only to say he could not repair them so they would need to be replaced. After that, we heard nothing from Ashley so today we called them. Their customer service rep "Osi" told us that the tech had approved 3 of the 5 defective chairs to be replaced and we would receive them in a month or so. He was so rude and disrespectful, saying that their tech was the "expert" and what he says goes. We explained that the tech only looked at a few chairs and only tried to fix one of them. We said we will return the chairs (they still have the tags on them) but Osi said they could not be returned. Osi left us on hold for another 20 minutes to speak to a manager who has only agreed to send another tech to evaluate the other chairs, so now we have to take time off to meet another tech. I will update my review as this moves forward, but I'm just shocked at how rude this customer service rep was. We have done a lot of business with Ashley over the years, but this is the end of the road. ~Larry

highly recommend going here if you need a mattress! the owner, mitch was very nice and knowledgeable, he gave great recommendations on which mattresses he thought would be best for me. everyone working there made the place feel more chill and comfortable. the bedding and the pillows are great too! :-) ~karli

Sometimes it's difficult to find certain stuff. Usually stocked up. Really great garden selection. If you find the right person, the help and knowledge can save you a lot of time. ~Aditya
