The large woman with blonde hair, blue shirt, glasses is particularly rude. Made my experience unenjoyable. I couldn’t eat after looking at her face.

Worst McDonald’s and rudest employees! The cleanliness of this place must be mentioned as well! I’ve found hair in my food and my order has been wrong multiple times here. Employees are too busy taking smoke breaks to care about the customers.

I recently visited America for the first time and this place was the worst I’ve seen. The staff were rude, the food was awful, my order was wrong and it made me experience there miserable. I’m definitely not gonna visit this place again.

Not only did the drive thru lady argue with me about what I wanted. I also had to be told that the Carmel coffee allready had Carmel when I asked for EXTRA. I overall will never go here again I'll go to Wendy's.

The staff is always friendly accurate and courteous. Hot food is hot and everything that’s cold is cold. The milkshakes with whipped cream are some of the best I’ve ever tried. Just as good as DQ

Usually pretty fast no forever wait I worked mcdonalds and out of all the fast food restaurants this is the easiest and most convenient way to run a drive though Features: All ok as good as expected for mcdonalds

Need to call in the evenings to see if they will be open or not before heading to location, have drove to location several times to find a sharpie written note saying they are closed.

I have been going to this McDonald’s for several years and for the most part have always been satisfied. I don’t expect total perfection because we all make mistakes due to how busy the restaurant can get at times however within the past few years it is becoming more common for orders to be incorrect or unsatisfactory. With Covid now interfering with costs and service I have been forgiving and just take it as a part of the hardships many restaurants are having. My biggest complaint is that the prices seem to continue to go up but the amount of food/quality go down. It’s not so much the food but for instance the coffee. I have always gotten my coffee at McDonald’s. A large coffee with 7 creams. This makes the coffee a light caramel color which is perfect. Recently, however, I have to ask for 8 creams to get the same results. This is an indicator that they’re cutting back on creamer no matter what you ask for. What made me angry this morning is that coffee has gone from $1.06 a few years ago up to $1.99 for a large coffee. I don’t think one more pump of the creamer is going to bankrupt McD’s. Now what really makes me angry is the fact that I ordered a large coffee with 8 creams and when I removed the lid the cup wasn’t close to being full! I pay $1.99 for a large coffee and they can’t fill up the cup? Even with less coffee the creamer in my coffee was still not what I asked for. I think $1.99 is very high for a large coffee but I at least expect a full cup of coffee! Had the line not been excessively long I would have handed the coffee back and asked to have it filled to the proper level. Plus would have asked for 4 “to-go” creamers. Our paychecks stay the same and the prices of food continues to rise! It’s getting harder for people to buy food anymore. All I ask is just give the customer what they ordered. If they’re going to continually raise the price then at least give us the appropriate amount of drink and food.

This McDonald's is hit and miss but this morning the customer service was excellent. The employees that waited on me acted like they were happy to be there, were friendly and pleasant. The food we purchased was good and hot when we received it too.
