Found this place since they're a CarMax partner repair shop with the extended warranty, and I am SUPER glad I did. Josh was very knowledgeable and friendly right off the bat. Even though my vehicle's problem turned out to be a tricky nightmare to diagnose, their whole team went out of their way to keep me informed and go the extra mile (pun intended) to help me in a pinch. It's obvious why they've been in business continuously for so long. In an industry where it's easy to be dishonest and untrustworthy, it's refreshing to find a mechanic shop and not have that nagging feeling that you've been taken advantage of. ~Edward
