Found this place since they're a CarMax partner repair shop with the extended warranty, and I am SUPER glad I did. Josh was very knowledgeable and friendly right off the bat. Even though my vehicle's problem turned out to be a tricky nightmare to diagnose, their whole team went out of their way to keep me informed and go the extra mile (pun intended) to help me in a pinch. It's obvious why they've been in business continuously for so long. In an industry where it's easy to be dishonest and untrustworthy, it's refreshing to find a mechanic shop and not have that nagging feeling that you've been taken advantage of.

Been living here for a few years and havent had to find a mechanic until lately..and Im glad i found my go to shop !! Got recommended here by a few co-workers on FB. Antonio messaged me to see what kind of problems my car was having. Few days later my car was in the shop getting the repairs it needed. Communication. Honest. And reasonable pricing. Everything you would look for in a mechanic. Tony and Josh kept me updated and had my car all fixed up in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience. I spoke with Jennifer, Josh, and Antonio at different times getting info/dropping off my car for diagnostics. They were extremely friendly and polite. They seemed to work my car in quicker than expected for diagnostics, calling me only 20 mins or so after dropping it off. I'm not currently having further work done at this shop, but based on this experience I would definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a local mechanic. Vacationing down in NOLA from OH and our air conditioning went out. This mechanics shop has great service, fit me in to their busy schedule, quoted a price and it was spot on. Mechanics were all very friendly. Would highly recommend. They are busy for a reason.

I think I just found my mechanic. Very good communication. Talked very thoroughly with both Josh and Antonio prior to and during the services being performed on my 11yr old Silverado. No one ever anticipates or looks forward to having to spend the money I did, but I felt the price was fair and that these folks are honest and hard working. Today I was taken care of and I haven't felt like that leaving a mechanic shop in a LONG time. Thanks again, fellas. And Jennifer, thanks for staying open so I could settle up with you and pick up my truck. I appreciate it!

I switched to these folks, based on a couple of recommendations, when my long-term mechanic's service and reputation was slipping. I like these people a lot. (I think the youngish owners are brothers). I fortunately don't often need their help but I always think they are being completely honest, knowledgeable, and professional...even if the news isn't easy to take sometimes They seem to always have a full load and they probably can't get you in immediately but they work with your and their situation as best as possible I think. As tough as it can be to find quality mechanics, I think I've hit the jackpot.
