Very poor experience. Pickup driver and manager were disrespectful and rude. I will not donate to them again!

Prioritize making sure the Salvation Army has what it needs for the Salvation Army shelter. Surely, enough profit is made at this store to ensure the children at the shelter have quality toys and books to entertain themselves. I collected a lot of quality books for the children at the Salvation Army transitional family homeless shelter. The shelter told me in a round about way the children can't have books and if I donate it'll only be a couple books allowed?! They want me to donate the books to Salvation army store to be SOLD. The children don't even have quality toys or books to entertain themselves at the Salvation army shelter. I can't even blame it on racism because it's African Americans depriving other African American children access to books ... To KNOWLEDGE. 📚 👑 They've learned how to dehumanize each other. Cool stuff the belts are ridiculously priced though 2.99 should be $1 but it’s good. You can find some nice stuff. Lines can be long though.

Today was a quick visit due to me just passing by on the way home. The store looks 100% better from when I last visited. What needs to be corrected is the closing procedures.I don't think it is wise to turn off the lights 10 minutes before closing with a line of customers 10 deep. Please revisit your closing procedures.

Pair of brand new jeans were missing from my bag even though I was charged for them. Phone calls inquiring about them being behind the counter/picked up by an employee/etc. were unanswered. Just be mindful and watch (especially if you have a lot of items) that everything is bagged and the clerk isn't placing anything behind them or the counter. Has some decent stuff otherwise but only really worth it on Wednesdays.

This is a beautiful store very well organized and well-stocked. My only complaint would be the long line to check out.

Excellent value, little slow at cash register, but manager does open other registers when deem necessary.

I literally cried my eyes out after leaving this store yesterday. I have been shopping here for the last 4 years clothing my little boy. It was the last place I could afford to buy clothes because all the other thrift stores had gone up so high. Well the childrens clothes were mostly 1.99 expect really nice items now they have went up OVER 100% THE EXACT same things I paid 1.99 for last time I shopped are now 4.99. I understand inflation but not greed and there is no other explanation for raising prices that much. They do plenty of business. They get plenty of donations especially clothes. I don't understand but my heart is hurt. I would brand new t shirts and joggers for my son if I could afford those prices.

Wish they could figure out a quicker way to check out. Always a line 20 people deep and often longer. People literally sitting on your furniture like a hangout; waiting for their party to check out. If your lucky; more excitement when someone chooses to brings the brady bunch of children. Has it not dawned on you that is pathetic way to run any business. I believe that leadership can do much better than this.
