Best car rental agency in Lafayette, Louisiana (LA) 2024

Byron at the counter was extremely pleasant. It is not his fault his hands were tied. The car given to me had missing window trim, a dent on one side, and multiple scratches around the entire car. Normally no big deal, but this was for a business trip and I would have preferred something in better condition. I was told I would have to pay for an upgrade because they had no other cars in my category. ~Bill

They have good deals through their club. I made my reservation about two weeks in advance and set up a time that would allow me to make preparations for the family trip once I picked up the vehicle. Unfortunately they failed to have the SUV on the lot when I arrived for my scheduled pickup. It took almost an hour and a half for them to secure a vehicle to fulfil my reservation. I would much rather have my vehicle ready to pick up over an upgrade. My time is much more valuable than an upgrade on my rental especially an hour and half. This resulted in us arriving at our destination during peak rush hour traffic that led to further delays. ~Ethan
