Best bank in Lake Charles, Louisiana (LA) 2024

Worst location in Lake Charles. I don't even feel safe at this location. Drove there last week & a man ran up to my car pulling on my door. I didn't even know him. When it was safe to get out my car, I went inside. I needed to speak to a teller about my account. I had already been advised months ago about what I needed to do & spoke on the phone with a representative. The teller ended up telling me that she couldn't change my account type & I knew she could. Another teller at another Chase location had told me it wouldn't be any problem. Employees don't seem knowledgeable about the policies & procedures. I would rather take the drive to the Chase on Nelson Road than go to this location. ~Miranda
