Worst location in Lake Charles. I don't even feel safe at this location. Drove there last week & a man ran up to my car pulling on my door. I didn't even know him. When it was safe to get out my car, I went inside. I needed to speak to a teller about my account. I had already been advised months ago about what I needed to do & spoke on the phone with a representative. The teller ended up telling me that she couldn't change my account type & I knew she could. Another teller at another Chase location had told me it wouldn't be any problem. Employees don't seem knowledgeable about the policies & procedures. I would rather take the drive to the Chase on Nelson Road than go to this location.

I arrived at Chase bank at 9am and the lobby was still locked. I had to call the bank to ask then what time the lobby opened and they bank teller told me at nine am. a min later they came unlock the door. I need to meet with one of the bank advisors so I could change my name on my account. The bank manager saw me and told me he would be right with me. 20 minutes later he finally calls me to come to his desk, then he informs me he had a appointment coming in and if they would show up he would have to take them. In the middle of the bank manager pulling up my account another customer comes in and the bank manager tells me he have to take that customer and say I can come back at a later time or go to another bank. Now all this time he was just sitting at his desk for the whole 20mins he could have been seen me. That was very unprofessional. He wasted my time and my gas since I had to drive across town to go to another chase bank. This is the worst chase bank in Lake Charles, They need to hire better employee especially when it comes to managers. It's no reason he made me wait twenty minutes and then basically tell me he couldn't finish helping me.

The bank tellers seem uninterested and not happy to be at work, but the coustmer service rep. Is great and always want to help if IH is not sure he will find out.
