I called with a question regarding my bill and Bergedia didn't even let me finish asking my question before talking over me very loudly, I told her I'm sorry I wasn't understanding how the billing cycle worked and she actually began yelling at me. I called to ask a question and was made to feel stupid and not yelled at just once but multiple times, my father had to take the phone and ask her to please stop yelling at me. I know we can all have bad days but to yell at someone who's just trying to clear up a mistake and try to understand so it doesn't happen again, you can't have a business and speak to people so poorly I'm getting my things and going to another storage unit.

I have been dealing with these great folks for about 10 years now ive never had a issue with them always sincere helpful very polite. My wife has been dealing with them for over 20 years we have both enjoyed the courtesy and there customer service is the absolute best thank you Cushing mini storage.
