They owners keep raising the monthly rent EVERY SINGLE MONTH. $10.00 dollars every time. Claiming ....exact words from management. •"We are updating the prices for the available units that we have on the website and prices may change everyday based on market rates for new rents." •Thank you for renting with us. Rental rates have been adjusted to ensure all customers of a given unit size are paying the same rent and to account for current market rates. Rent for --- is scheduled to change from $125.00 to $135.00 on 2/25/2022. •Our system failed to invoice for your tenant protection plan on your last bill. You will be billed and charged a prorated amount tomorrow, 3/25/2022 to correct this error. Your protection plan has been in effect this whole period. We apologize for the confusion and appreciate your understanding. •Thank you for renting with us. Rental rates have been adjusted to ensure all customers of a given unit size are paying the same rent and to account for current market rates. Rent for unit --- is scheduled to change from $135.00 to $146.00 on 8/28/2022. This place is money hungry and when questioned on the phone if they don't want to answer they play like they don't understand English.

We have had storage here for a year and were happy until the new owners took over!! They have raised the rent consistently since they took over and we are moving out!!! I have personally been locked in the gate twice because the pad doesn't work and there is no one on site, so I had to call the call center and they had to manually open it and said that they knew about the problem but haven't fixed it!! NO ONE is on site anymore and the call center is not very helpful. It is really getting run down fast! Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, this place is bad news!!! As I stated we are moving out and would not recommend this place to anyone! It is sad that customer service has been forgotten by the new owners.

I had a storage unit here for a little while. I absolutely loved it when it was under the old management. There was always somebody on site. If I had an issue getting in the gate or an issue with my lock the old site manager would come out and help me out. When the new management took over they switched to remote. Whenever I tried to call them they didn’t answer right away ( they did call back later) I ended up consolidating my two units to one and eventually leaving all together. When I had a problem with my unit on the last day I called them and they didn’t have anybody local that could get to me. They said they’d have somebody reach out and they never did. If you’re okay with them being remote then give them a chance.

Customer service was very friendly and helped us get all set up quickly. She also stayed on the phone to make sure we got in the gate and found our unit.

I needed a storage unit on short notice. I called Tinker Self Storage and the office manager was so helpful. She assigned me her last 10x20 unit and made my transaction smooth and seemless. She was polite and very professional. I appreciate the ease of obtaining my unit was with her assistance.

They’ll throw your stuff away, even if you’re paid up to a certain date, without even a phone call for heads up. Not only will they throw it all in a nasty dumpster, they’ll break it to get it in the dumpster. Had written confirmation the items would be safe til a certain day, and the stuff was broken in a dumpster 4 days early. Woooowwwww, good work, good service 👍

I’ve had a climate controlled unit with this facility for over a year and I’ve had minimal issues! Anytime I’ve needed a question answered I’ve been able to get ahold of them immediately. They’ve changed ownership/management since I’ve been a customer and I’ve enjoyed both teams. The new management has been great. The lady who mainly answers the phone is always SO kind and sweet and genuinely makes any phone call a good one. It did change from 24 hour access to a slight controlled access (no access to units from 9pm to 6am I believe) but that did not affect me too much. I would recommend!

Wanted to give this place a shout out! Just recently moved my mom here and she needed a storage place pretty fast. I called and the owner was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with. He worked with us right away and was very accommodating. The facility is also really well kept. Would recommend!
