They owners keep raising the monthly rent EVERY SINGLE MONTH. $10.00 dollars every time. Claiming ....exact words from management. •"We are updating the prices for the available units that we have on the website and prices may change everyday based on market rates for new rents." •Thank you for renting with us. Rental rates have been adjusted to ensure all customers of a given unit size are paying the same rent and to account for current market rates. Rent for --- is scheduled to change from $125.00 to $135.00 on 2/25/2022. •Our system failed to invoice for your tenant protection plan on your last bill. You will be billed and charged a prorated amount tomorrow, 3/25/2022 to correct this error. Your protection plan has been in effect this whole period. We apologize for the confusion and appreciate your understanding. •Thank you for renting with us.
