Needed a reliable and trustworthy place to buy a new set of tires and a battery for my truck. Went to Pumpelly Tire in Lake Charles, LA and was not disappointed. Very professional and friendly team from start to finish. Prices were very competitive with other area shops. The team kept me updated throughout the process of working on my vehicle. I left feeling like a valued customer and was confident that the work, and products I paid for were completed above and beyond my expectations.
