Terrible Customer Service: The guy was ugly, hostile, & disrespectful from the very beginning. When I asked questions because I was unfamiliar with alarm system keys & fobs he became combative & was ranting by the time my conversation ended. I will not go there. I do not recommend anyone go there and submit to such rudeness, hostility, & meanness. ~Curtis

I was going to give this 2 stars but decided not to because I had every item I asked for and usually the people are very nice but this time, Hannah, the girl who brought out my order was rude to me when I asked if I could tip from my card. I ordered a family sized mozzarella and not one marinara sauce. How is putting sauce in a bag so hard? I’ve worked several fast food jobs and it should be clockwork to remember to put sauce in a bag. Maybe a bad day but who knows. ~SadGoose

The manager I Cary is extremely rude and has no professional training and no one at Budget cares that this woman is unprofessional. They have the worse customer service ever. The manager I Cary takes real pride in talking down to customers and she always has a nonchalant attitude that should not be representative of Budget or any other business. Her behavior has caused so many people to walk out of that establishment unsatisfied and has caused a lot of losses for Budget Corporation. ~Mona

This store fell off recently. I been shopping here for 8 years. Never did I see separated soaps not priced and then when asked about the price, the assistant manager is condescending telling me to bring it so he can price check it. Attempts to call me childish by constantly asking my age and then erroneously label me indecisive instead of immature. Today I ask for some weed eating spray but the bigger bottle. I even asked if they had it in stock he had the nerve to get combativeand reaffirm that's all they have. I asked when the truck come in once again he don't know. I bought the small bottle and it's already all gone and I didn't get my full back yard. Who the hell only needs that small bottle anyway ? ~Kaleena
