Been here multiple times and disappointed each time. Most recently went through drive thru and only ordered a Reese’s shake. I ordered and then sat in line for almost 30 minutes. I believe I watched the car in front of me give up and ditched their order. When I finally got my shake it was just ice cream with the Reese’s thrown on top like it hadn’t been mixed at all. Staff were far from friendly and barely said hello. Don’t waste your time, go to Dairy Queen down the road. The other couple times I had been there the food is fine but they won’t get your order right and when you call them back to get it corrected expect a long wait even for something as small as ketchup….

Food was as expected, tasted good. Wait times were wild though. Got 2 chili cheese fries, one hotdog, took at least 15 to 20 mins in the drive through. Person at the drive through was polite and attentive though.

Waited 1hr15 minutes in a stall after ordering without any food. Tried to ask staff but they didn't respond. We saw no less than 6 cars leave the drive thru due to the long wait.

I was going to give this 2 stars but decided not to because I had every item I asked for and usually the people are very nice but this time, Hannah, the girl who brought out my order was rude to me when I asked if I could tip from my card. I ordered a family sized mozzarella and not one marinara sauce. How is putting sauce in a bag so hard? I’ve worked several fast food jobs and it should be clockwork to remember to put sauce in a bag. Maybe a bad day but who knows.

It's fast food so manage your expectations. They forgot an extral order of tots with the other food we got but I didn't realize until I got home and looked in the bag so I didn't go back. The drinks are great though so I'll probably just go for those.

Food was good. Ordered the famous shark slushy for the kids and they failed to say they were out of gummies but served the slushy anyway, leaving kids disappointed when they asked server about them. Forgot the napkins and condiments and had to call staff back out to the car.

They have a good selection of frozen drinks and shakes for the hot months. The specials are great when you can catch those, especially when you have more than 2 kids!

Pushed button once waited so long the button went back to inactive. Pushed it again they answer and put me on "hold" which is not a thing for a sonic drive in. Pushed the button again and got told "I'll be right with you" waited for another 10 min then they finally got back to me to get my order this was at 7:16 pm 2022 July 8th

Vast number of experiences in this place that entirely depends on your work crew that you get and the business of the store. I've had completely rude waiters/waitresses but also had some with an entirely polar opposite positive attitude. Food is your typical sonic fast-food. Don't expect creme of the crop when coming here. Your side can be cold or it can be fresh from the line.

I usually don't eat after Chemo but today I said LET ME TRY SOMETHING and being that Sonic is a block away from my house I stopped there to get JUMBO popcorn chicken and baby HALF OF THE CHICKEN WAS HARD AS A BONE. I called they insisted I GET UP AND COME BRING IT BACK TO THEM TO FIX IT as if I haven't been at treatment all morning. Attached is a photo where I tried OPENING them so you all could see the DRIED insides. Hardest popcorn chicken I've ever tried biting in my life.
