The manager I Cary is extremely rude and has no professional training and no one at Budget cares that this woman is unprofessional. They have the worse customer service ever. The manager I Cary takes real pride in talking down to customers and she always has a nonchalant attitude that should not be representative of Budget or any other business. Her behavior has caused so many people to walk out of that establishment unsatisfied and has caused a lot of losses for Budget Corporation.

Worst customer service, do not go here. We wound up going to uhual instead. Budget also blaintantly lied about payment options and when questioned about it the lady was very rude about it.
