This is the 7th and final time I buy rancid smelling meat from mac's "fresh" market y'all gonna get somebody seriously sick one of these days. Learn to look at what y'all are putting out on the meat shelves. I would give this no stars if I possibly could! I like going to mac's because it was the closest place to get groceries but I refuse to ever step foot in a mac's ever again. I will be driving to brookshires or Walmart if I have to no matter the drive. FYI y'all might wanna change y'all name from Mac's fresh market to just Mac's Market. ~Trey

Great prices but needed more help definitely even though the staff there was friendly and very helpful. Was low on stock and no way 2 people could handle all of that. So I would say is a manager scheduling problem or need employees and no one has applied! ~Eve

The worst and most dishonest service I have ever used. I chose to go there because I figured they would be honest and do a good job. I was COMPLETELY WRONG ! I called ahead of my appointment and got everything set up. They said they had everything needed for my oil change. I talked to the actual oil change guy about what I needed and he said that they will get it done. I go inside and sit down for 5 minutes. A man walks in and tells me that they don’t have the (5w 30) oil for my truck but they have a different kind that is basically the same thing. I told him that I did not want any other oil in my truck than what the truck actually calls for. I told the guy that I would like to take my truck somewhere else. He went outside and said he would get the truck ready to leave. He comes back in 3 minutes later and says that they found the oil sitting in the corner. I asked to see the bottle. He leaves again He comes back in to tell me that they have dumped the oil in my truck before they knew that they didn’t have what we originally agreed on. They had to go to autozone and get the oil that I asked for. They put the right oil in my truck and proceed to charge me $84 for an oil change that I can get $20 cheaper at another place. (Again, I went there because I thought they were professional ) Dishonesty is how you lose customers. They have lost me for life. I will never go back. Always have a good experience there. The vacuums are free, and car washes are best bought on a monthly plan. (Save a lot of money!) If your vechical is not washed to your satisfaction, they will send you through again for no cost ~Leah

This happened on 10/31/16 at 7:45pm. The night manager is rude.He doesn't know how to talk to people. I decided not to purchase anything from this store after the way he talked to me after I asked about using the restroom. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! ~Sharon

I like being able to stop by at 5:30 AM without the need of an employee present. Also get .10 cents off a gallon of gas when you maintain at least 100 points on my Brookshires card. ~Brad

The owner/manager (whatever he is), Mike, is racist. He refuses to hire any one of color, no matter their qualifications because it “never ends well”. So, I suggest you don’t shop there and he will eventually see how things really “never end well” for him. 🙂 ~Sierra
