Best oil change service in Monroe, Louisiana (LA) 2025

The worst and most dishonest service I have ever used. I chose to go there because I figured they would be honest and do a good job. I was COMPLETELY WRONG ! I called ahead of my appointment and got everything set up. They said they had everything needed for my oil change. I talked to the actual oil change guy about what I needed and he said that they will get it done. I go inside and sit down for 5 minutes. A man walks in and tells me that they don’t have the (5w 30) oil for my truck but they have a different kind that is basically the same thing. I told him that I did not want any other oil in my truck than what the truck actually calls for. I told the guy that I would like to take my truck somewhere else. He went outside and said he would get the truck ready to leave. He comes back in 3 minutes later and says that they found the oil sitting in the corner. I asked to see the bottle. He leaves again He comes back in to tell me that they have dumped the oil in my truck before they knew that they didn’t have what we originally agreed on. They had to go to autozone and get the oil that I asked for. They put the right oil in my truck and proceed to charge me $84 for an oil change that I can get $20 cheaper at another place. (Again, I went there because I thought they were professional ) Dishonesty is how you lose customers. They have lost me for life. I will never go back.
