What fantastic customer service along with beautiful jewelry. I purchased a bracelet last month that unfortunately broke. I don't believe this is common as I purchased one for my sister also who has had no problems. I contacted them and was immediately issued a replacement bracelet at no cost. I am so pleased with such amazing response especially in these times of routinely poor customer service. I will be back in New Orleans in October and plan to purchase more of their gorgeous pieces. In my visit to New Orleans, I was enjoying my time in Bourbon street and decided to go inside this beautiful jewelry store. To my surprise everything there was beautiful. The women in the store were very pleasant and helpful. Anyways, I ended up buying a beautiful ring and I am so glad I did. I want to thank both of them for being so patience and helpful.
