Beautiful timeless jewelry that always keeps New Orleans in mind with her designs. With tons of collections and pendants like the snowball and crawfish, not to mention their current neutral ground collection which is jewelry meant for both men and women because sharing is caring.

I collect Mignon Faget and live out of state. This was my first time visiting this location. I felt very welcome but the sales approach was a tiny but too aggressive for my comfort and I felt a little too pressured which made my shopping experience less fun. I got the pieces that I was excited to buy and did get to try on many things.

I've had a lovely experience at this location. The manager and employees were super helpful with a piece I wanted to order. The jewelry is very special art work. I love coming to this store when I have the mean reds ;-)

I am disappointed. I bought 4 Halo bracelets in November, 2019. I have hardly worn them because I have not been going anywhere because of the pandemic. On the first wearing after my Covid vaccine, I noticed one was pulling apart. Because it is 15 months after purchase, there is a $35 repair charge and a 1 month wait. This is poor workmanship and poor customer service. Buyer beware.

This was my go-to shopping spot for buying jewelry. I grew up by the headquarters on mag and napoleon. Loved being able to support a local business. But they treat their customers sooooo bad. I purchased a necklace that broke so fast. Brought it in and everyone in the store made it seem like it wouldn't be a problem to replace it. Later I received a rude email saying I could purchase a replacement necklace on the website at full price. Why lie to loyal customers. Fleur de Luis money has gone to their head. AVOID!

Cool and funky little shop. The ladies (whose name I have sadly forgotten) were super helpful as I tried to find a little something to take home to my wife. I felt the prices were very affordable especially when compared around the city. I will definitely be returning in the future!

5/7/2019 Just rude. I was very excited when I was strolling Magazine street and saw the MF storefront. Upon entering, there were about 10 other customers inside and 3 salespeople. I wandered the store for about 10 minutes with ZERO recognition. I saw several things that I wanted to try and most likely buy, but I could not seem to get anybody to attend to me. There were two customers at a glass counter looking at two trays of rings with a sales person. I reached out (I did not have to move or bother anybody in anyway), and selected a ring to try on. When I put the ring back in the tray, the women said to me VERY coldly, "we will be with you shortly". Assuming I had committed some terrible faux pas, I backed away from the case and sauntered through the store looking at other cases and waiting for some form of acknowledgement. After another 10 minutes of being completely ignored, I left the store. Though apparently no one noticed as I said "thank you" and left. Unbelievable. As Julia Roberts said in "Pretty Woman", BIG mistake. BIG. HUGE. I spent my money elsewhere.

I have been buying their jewelry for years as gifts for different family members and friends. I am always impressed by the quality of the pieces and the packaging is always on point. This was my first time visiting a physical store - I was gifted a bracelet for me wedding that needed repair. They did a good job and the turn around was quick, they even cleaned and polished it!
