The front desk customer service lady was professional and personable, and she took careful notes of my vehicle concerns and communicated that properly to the shop technicians. The team properly inspected by transmission and reported there was no issue with the transmission rather other mechanical parts not transmission related (and minutes before their promised completion time). The team suggested a general mechanic and recommended parts that perhaps needed to checked that were not transmission related, and they offered a highly rated local shops. With all the time they spent attempted pin down a potential transmission issue I reported, the owner or manager elected not to charge me anything despite an agreement for diagnose fee at time of service. The team is clearly honest, ethical, provide excellent customer service, and clearly have staff that knows very transmissions well. They are not guessing nor rolling dice nor wasting customer dollars on unneeded work.
