If you are going to get a mortgage, look elsewhere. They massively undervalued my home to the point where I couldn't refinance. My home was appraised just a year before by another bank. Their appraisal was before home values jumped in value. My home was still valued 28k less by cmcu's appraiser. I had to pay 500 for the appraisal for nothing. To the loan officers credit, she did say that my home was probably going to be undervalued by their appraiser. So I guess its partly my fault. Such a waste of 500 dollars. ~Zach
