I was going to the Dollar Store a few times a week. It was Christmas time and there was a beautiful little girl who was so excited to be shopping with her mom for Christmas gifts. The store was packed and there was only one register open. The store manager was standing there talking to another person. This woman with the little girl simply stated in a calm voice why they didn't open another register. The store manager began yelling at this woman saying rude comments. Degrading her. I looked down at the little girl and her eyes were wide and crocodile tears streaming down her face. Her special shopping trip for Christmas with her mom was ruined and that is the memory of the trip she will remember. Totally uncalled for. Uncomfortable and a disgusting display of disrespect. Absolutely do not recommend ~Lisa

I have never had an issue with this place! Absolute loving people all around! They understand that my fur baby means everything to me and they treat us both like family! Any time I call, which is a lot, they always know exactly what Kapone needs and they make sure he gets it. I will forever be thankful for the kindness and quickness of their actions. 💜 If the veterinarian called people personally to give the outcome of each appointment I don't think they would get many appointments done in a day! Just saying! I'm thankful for the vet continuing to stay busy with our pets and the clerical and nursing staff calling or talking to us about the outcome of our appointments! It's like saying a Surgeon needs to call every person they operate on personally and tell them about their surgery, it just doesn't happen that way. Be kind people! Isn't there enough hurt already? I don't order most of the items from here.....but, the basic pizzas are still normally good, and the veggie/ham subs are almost always made correctly when I get them. I like the staff that they have currently, they seem to try their best at all times. I don't like how the owner is with them, and honestly haven't for a few years now, since I was in there early one morning, just getting an iced tea and some milk, and the owner, (older guy,) started belittling the cashier because she hadn't front-faced all the lighters before I got up to the register, and that it was her fault I want buying a lighter or more than I had. I looked at him and told him that as a non-smoker, the positioning of the lighters at 5am was not something that would make me start smoking now....if looks could kill, I'd have at least been put in my place, or whatever it is that grumpy old men like to think they'll do to people who have opinions, thoughts and intentions of their own. Look at the attitude and demeanor of most of the workers there, it's a tough crowd to cater to, you get a lot of entitled mill guys, and you get a lot of drug dealers or sketchy folk. There's definitely good and reasonable clientele that shop their regularly, but a lot of the time, these workers get the scumford clientele more often than not. How long has the "now hiring" sign been up? Over a year, at least...maybe even 2 years now. That's not all the fault of the owner, but he probably hasn't improved his disposition much since a few years back. 3 stars, because the food is almost always good, again, for what I order. But also 3 stars, because of the owner/employee dynamic. 👏food/customer service workers are people too, and deserve to be treated as such.👏 ~Caerid

The customer service here is like no other. My son needed clothes for the semi formal and everyone was so helpful and so nice. They had everything we needed and they offered to steam his clothes before we left which saved me so much time and he looked so sharp. Thank you for being a great local business! ~Jessica

They are so good they are backed up two months. That tells me two things. 1) people are wrecking their vehicles and appreciate the work they do and 2) they are good at what they do and people keep coming back and those who have delt with them keep referring them to family and friends.
