You have one teller that has an attitude. So much so that my son moved his account to Franklin Savings. I will be doing the same. The other teller Caroline (I believe that is her name) is a peach. Very nice lady. Was there when I started. The other wasn't there in the beginning. I hate going there.

Most disrespectful employees that I have ever experienced in a bank in my life! Stay away from rumford branch!!

I like the friendly staff and overall feel of the bank. Never had any card issues. I just don't like their deposit setup. Some tellers are on the slower side with scanning in checks and transactions. Upon deposits, the print out doesn't have the account balance, only reflects first $100 of any deposit, and if you ask the teller for full balance, they do math and write it down. It's odd
