We were only guests in dining room when we arrived. No one greeted us or looked at us while they attended to drive-in customers. After about 10 minutes, another worker arrived and said they'd be able to help us in a few minutes. By this time there were additional guests at the order counter. It took about 20 minutes to finally get some food. And we were charged $2.99 for the Cajun rice that was advertised on the board for $1.99. The Cajun rice also did not taste as good as last year's recipe. We threw it out.

Absolutely excellent. Not the food. Food was good, but the staff. We walked in 5 of us. The lady asked if we could go through the drive through. Reason was her, and one other gentleman. Were the only 2 running the place. I stated that we were in truck and trailers. Without hesitation she politely asked us to wait. I assumed it was going to take some time. I unfortunately didn't get her name, but she handled everything with respect and professionalism. They made my experience great. Only those 2 should get the appropriate recognition. Thank you for your time. I hope whoever is the "boss" of these 2 give them the help, and compensation they deserve.

This Popeyes is not the same as others. Their 3 piece is a wing, leg, and thigh. Three times now I've ordered the three piece and no breast. Not to mention they sell their large mashed potatoes and gravy with the same amount of gravy they put on a single serving. This last order cost me over $18 and I didn't get the side that comes with the dinner, not the extra side (large) that I paid for, nor the dessert beignets I paid for. It doesn't matter if you pick it up or have it delivered, this location will short you as much as they can.

Placed an online order. I was informed at the speaker they did not have the dessert ordered. Or any dessert. Offered to replace with a side, no offer to refund. Informed at the window they were out of the drink ordered, and the second option we tried to order. Settled on coke. To top it all off the chicken was no way cooked to proper temp. I didn't finish the chicken as parts were bordering on raw.

I’ve been going here for a while now and it seems like their sandwiches have been dry and not even a full sandwich for months now. Ever since they got their driveway worked on the quality of the food has not been the same.

NEGATIVE 5 (-5 stars)!!! When I arrived this evening at 8:30pm the drive-thru line was 7 cars deep. While I patiently waited I noticed four customers walk into the restaurant and leave in a timely manner. By the time it was time to place my order at 8:50pm I was “greeted” by a young man stating that THERE WAS NO MORE CHICKEN LEFT!!!! He said, “It was a busy day. We ran out.” I asked if there was any seafood available. NOTHING!!! This location is supposed to close at 10pm but I suppose the employees wanted to leave earlier on a Friday night. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN since sadly I had a comparable situation occur 2 years ago. This restaurant needs new management or the franchise owner needs to close this down. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

would rather give a 0.. i never leave complaints but they got every single part of my order wrong. i ordered spicy tenders with red beans and rice, biscuit, and a chilled strawberry lemonade. they gave me regular chicken tenders and a regular lemonade. there were no sides, no sauce, nothing else but tenders and a drink. and both of them were wrong. then they said they wouldnt refund me or redelivery my right order.

I've had a couple of negative experiences with this location over the past year. However, I recognize that a lot of it has to do with the ongoing pandemic. I visited recently, intending to pick up a quick lunch at the drive thru. I pulled up and waited for a while, before the woman instructed me "Inside only". Okay, I can deal. I just wish they had put up a sign. I get inside, and the older customer in front of me is paying cash. The woman at the counter informs him she doesn't have any coins for change. They go back and forth for a few minutes. Eventually it gets sorted. Then, the manager was talking with another customer instead of helping put out orders. The cashier was doing EVERYTHING on her own. I felt bad for her. Please just be aware if you visit, it might take a while. I was there about 20 minutes (only three people ahead of me). The food is great though! I even got an extra chicken tender.

The absolute worst experience ever! We ordered 2 meals on Popeye's website and got a message that it will be delivered by Doordash. We ended up getting only 1 meal out of the 2 meals, and they forgot our drinks and sauces. But not only did we get less than half of what we paid for, but it was delivered on a pile of snow! We texted the Doordash driver letting him know that he didn't deliver to our door and he only got us half of our meals and no drinks. He said that this is what he was given at the store. We called the store about 7 times back to back to understand what was going on, but no one picked up the phone. Please note this was an hour before store closing hours. We ended up taking our car and drove to the store ourselves. The employees said they ran out of chicken and drinks, and the tenders were sold out at 4pm....how does Popeyes run out of chicken at 4pm?! In addition, they said they couldn't refund us either because it's an online order. We told them that they should have called us to tell us they were sold out of everything, they said they don't call customers and the DoorDash driver should have called us and told us. They told us to reach out to Popeyes online to get a refund. The store was absolutely empty, and the employees were sitting on their phones, why couldn't they have called us to tell us they ran out of everything? Better yet, why couldn't they have just picked up the phone, and saved us a 15 min drive to and back?! As soon as we left the store, they ended up turning off all the lights and employees were out the door 10 mins before closing time. Not only did this ruin our Saturday night, but it messed up all of our plans afterwards. This will be the first and last time I order Popeyes.

Smallest piece of chicken ever for a 7 dollar meal. Literally only took up half the bin my fries were cold from waiting for twenty minutes and I got coke with no syrup left instead of Dr Pepper. Won’t be going back will be taking work lunches elsewhere no more group lunches to this location
