I have never had an issue with this place! Absolute loving people all around! They understand that my fur baby means everything to me and they treat us both like family! Any time I call, which is a lot, they always know exactly what Kapone needs and they make sure he gets it. I will forever be thankful for the kindness and quickness of their actions. 💜 If the veterinarian called people personally to give the outcome of each appointment I don't think they would get many appointments done in a day! Just saying! I'm thankful for the vet continuing to stay busy with our pets and the clerical and nursing staff calling or talking to us about the outcome of our appointments! It's like saying a Surgeon needs to call every person they operate on personally and tell them about their surgery, it just doesn't happen that way. Be kind people! Isn't there enough hurt already? Love your fur babies 💖 and Thank your Vet 🐕🏨

The people here are very unprofessional The 5 star reviews you see here are fake accounts they used to inflate their Reviews , I personally and other people around me have had issues with them prescribing the wrong medication for example I was given Dog dewormer for my cat. Just if you love your animal and you have to get a prescription written out i HIGHLY do NOT recommend going here . Also both women on the phone are very rude and dont care about your animals health just the money coming in .

Brought our cat in #1 still can not go inside with your animal “Covid” well every other vets you can weird. Very unprofessional the front desk person explained what is going on with my cat hmmm think the vet would call the owner nope, so we were never explained anything about what was going on never given any paper work but our 250 dollar bill for blood work and when asked for her weight it seemed like a problem. Asked to have cats records transferred they refused called 3 times and finally got the nice girl at the desk and she gave them to us when we drove there. Was given a prescription and after our cats name it says canine hmmm thought a cat was a feline never ever again have since seen another vet that vet let us in asked questions gave us 8 pages of what is going on with cat and left with a bill for 127 big difference. STAY AWAY!!

I am disappointed in this place they black listed us because we needed to take our cat and dog in Farmington to save money on their shots when I told them this they posted they would not take us again. You should not be black listed because of something trival thankful I still get my flea and tick treatment the dog was good with my last dog there mixed feelings on this place. If they can truthfully let us know why they let us go not for the reason I explained I will change this if possible I have to do what's best for me furry babies and our home. These kids are NOT neglected they are well cared for it's a shame I love close by need a vet by where we love

I will give them three stars because according to the technician my papa / 38 (bully breed bulldog) My baby got hit by a car, under the care of a friend. At least I thought. I was lied to she told me that he died. so I mourn cry for a week then I decide I'd like to know who tried to save him and have proper burial. And sure enough they met Papa they saved papa/38. I think them highly. That's their job, but it is also their job to make sure that they don't end up in the wrong hands or unrightful homeowners. He was a birthday present for my best friend her cousin passed away and the dog that belonged to him had two puppies. She gave me one to me no matter how many people begged for him because he is beautiful. He was my best friend, he was my son's, brother, and I still haven't found my dog. Pay for flyers to hang from here to portland because that's the information I got on where my pets whereabouts were. They have a name or had to follow up with his healing process. So where is my papa? Who is my dog with?

This is the worst place i have ever encountered. I made an appointment 2 weeks ago, no problem. They called to remind me of the appointment, i called ahead to pay as someone else was bringing my dog in. They called me back to telle they will not see her because they transferred out records YEARS AGO, for a dog I don’t even own anymore. If you care for your pets don’t go here.
