My latest visit to Taylor Brook Animal hospital on June 28th was a very unpleasant experience. The examination room I was placed in was very small especially for having 2 larger dogs and extremely outdated. The door didn’t even close properly which seems like quite a hazard. The staff was not very knowledgeable and Dr Sanders really provided no guidance on Anaplasmosis and I had to research it myself. I have been in 2 times before and Dr. Sanders did not even recognize me or my dogs. I did not feel at all welcome this time I came in and felt like a walking bag of money to them instead of family. Both the tech and the vet did not seem to show any care or compassion for my dogs as I would expect. The only positive was meeting Dr. Lane who was the only person who was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make a decision on testing/treatment for anaplasmosis. I will for sure only see her in the future and would recommend you see her and not Dr. Sanders.

This is a hard experience to review. I needed to cross my loyal friend over the rainbow bridge. The staff was very caring and respectful with us. The transition process was emotionally draining but the staff was respectful and aware of the finality of the situation. They explained the procedure in detail and asked if that was ok in a private room and if we needed anything as they let us be alone for awhile. They gave us time to say good bye and time to grieve. I verified that all fees were paid prior, so leaving could be a quick and smooth exit, to hide my emotions as best I could from others until i was alone in my vehicle. RIP Dutchess....

I am over protective of my dogs, and I pour my everything into my animals. I have been with TBAH for many years and with Dr. Sanders for just as long. The care and compassion that she shows to my puppies are amazing. Dr. Sanders always takes time to make sure that we understand what is happening and answer all our questions. I will never take my Anatolians anywhere but TBAH. Thank you for caring for my babies like they were your own Dr. Sanders!!

I've been a client of Taylor Brook for over 7 years and am so grateful for the care and compassion that Dr. Sanders and staff have displayed with all my German Shepherds over the years. The front desk is courteous and knowledgeable and all the technicians are professional and informative. Dr. Sanders takes the time to get to know your pet and address their needs in an educational and conservative way while explaining in great detail any and all options for the well-being of your pet.

Stormy had a dental cleaning and microchip today and did very well. The tech came to the car and explained all the paperwork. Received a update phone call from Dr. Sanders when the procedure was complete and all was well. A pick up time was established and the same tech brought him out to the car.She was very nice and caring again explaining everything. Everyone is very professional there and it puts your mind at ease to know your pet has the best team and best care of any pet hospital I have been to. Thank you all for all you do for our pets.

I can not say enough good about this facility. I have taken my dogs here for 11+ years and always have had excellent care. I have never seen such kindness and compassion as Dr. Lane when we had to put our beloved Bella down. I will never forget how wonderful she was to me and my son at that time. I was so depressed after Bella was gone that my son bought me a dog for Christmas, Little Frankie. I just adore my little dog and will only have Dr. Lane for all his care. Little Frankie is being neutered next week and Dr. Lane called me to tell me his bloodwork came out fine. I told her I was nervous about the procedure and she said she knew and explained everything to me. I feel so much better and trust her completely.

We have been seeing Dr. Sanders for over a decade, and she is the best of the best. Thorough, caring, and patient, she always takes the time to fully discuss the health of my pets and outline treatments when necessary. The staff at Taylor Brook are top notch, as well; they make everything so easy and are so helpful and friendly. In the past couple of years they have started offering the Vaccines For Life program, which is a huge savings for us with multiple animals in their care. It's obvious that everyone there truly loves animals and they are always treated like family.
