I have had friends and family work at this store, and no matter who they are & how hard they work they get harassed by management as a new person in the store. Specifically, the “acting” store manager is cruel to the employees and spread lies about complaints & their work ethic. This leads to self-doubt, a feeling of being singled out in the workplace, despite your best efforts. Some have lost jobs as a result of this. I have also seen this manager violate both federal and corporate guidelines regarding workplace discrimination on the basis of both race and disability. This most recent time has been the last straw; do not support this business as it fosters managerial abuse against the nice people working there. Change must happen

Normally a good experience when I come, but not today. When a representative raises his voice to me when he is talking, then he needs to understand who is the customer and who needs to know how to talk to one. Even if he was wanting to warn me of a spill, which I saw, he should do so with a professional tone in his voice. Told the manager on duty, and at least he was professional and apologized for his employee's unprofessional act.

I loved this Walmart. It was clean and well stocked. Every employee I engaged with was kind and courteous especially Sharron, the Walmart greeter. The entire Portage community seemed that way too. This Walmart is a great example for other Walmarts. Sam Walton would be proud.

Walmart grocery pickup has been a lifesaver for me right from the beginning. The only thing I would change is the incorrect reporting of out of stock items. On this last pickup 25% of my order was unavailable. Usually not quite that bad but there's nearly always at least one item, and it seems like it's always what I need the most. Lol

I like Taco Bell in general. I figure the are 1 in 4 they are going to mess up the order some how. Wrong food, cold food, sloppily made food, something. Today I got the breakfast box. Not bad I love, ❤️, the boxes, $5.35 and I a pretty complete meal. GREAT right!? Today it was a raw nasty "hash brown square". I walked in with it in a napkin, a young came up and revealed it and said "This is not correct.", replied "No", he walked over picked up a new one checked it, bagged it, and "Dude, err Sir Sorry that happened." I smile replied "It's all good" and walked out he handled it nicely. 7/28/22

Never had any issues here before. I come from a pretty busy area in Chicago and had my share of crazy Walmart experiences. The most that’s ever happened to me here is that I waited a long time for an associate to help me in the liquor aisle. Other than that, we love our local Walmart

This is a huge Walmart. I found what I needed on my own. No one in the department available to help. Intimate apparel dept was a complete mess, a total disaster area... Hopefully, this was just a bad day for the store, however, I have read that others have had shopping experiences similar to mine. Come on Walmart! You are better than this!!

Most friendly employees of any WalMart we have ever shopped at!! Each associate was knowledgeable and helpful when locating items. Debbie at the Service Desk facilitated a difficult online return with professionalism! Clean and orderly store!

I absolutely love the pick-up process. Walmart has nailed the process. It is so easy. At first, I was a little apprehensive about ordering fruits and vegetables, but I was pleasantly surprised by the fine job the shoppers did for me. I will continue to use pick up as long as they keep up the great job

Staff is pretty nice at this Walmart . The electronics department people are super helpful and nice . The grocery department is a hot mess shelves were bare and not many employees around to help with anything . There is some cool collectible toys to choose from and a decent grill area . The clearance section was not really marked down ! Seen plenty of mullets !
