Called ahead to see if they had a solo stove. The person I spoke with assured me they had plenty, took my name and said she would put one on hold. I arrived to pick it up as well as some other items and was told they sold out. I thought maybe I had called the wrong store, but when called back that number she answered and pretended it was someone else who put one aside for me… I understand that retail brick and mortar is a hard business, customer service should be way better. ~Joshua
