Staff were not impolite but were not going out of their way to smile or be polite. Cold. Fire them and hire someone else. Also a man was returning a coffee because the lid kept coming off and made a mess in his lap. The two coffees I bought both were mediums and the lids also do not stay on. It spilled twice, and no matter what you do the lid does not stay on. I’ve been drinking coffee for 40 years so yes it’s not me not putting the lid on right. I think the entire batch of cups are bad. This is a franchise that has a buyer for all stores so Dunkin’ Donuts is making uncaring decisions and has changed the source of their cups inventory without testing them. Thanks, not. Stain on car seat, pants wet, napkin fibers now crushed into my black dress slacks because of Dunkin’ Donuts bad inventory management. ~Ted

Normally they are the cheapest in town which is why I frequent them. However, the pump layout is not the best. During busy times it is very difficult to get to a pump before someone else nabs it. There is also very little parking for all three businesses. The whole place needs to be torn down and redone. ~Chris

Heath and Perry today when I rush inside the store a nit disrrought over my car about to die.. they were awesome to me, not only lend me the tools I needed, look up the correct diagram and diagnosis but as mother nature decided to give a flash flood storm as I began working on my car .. after waiting it put the guys were able to step out side to confirm that what I was assuming was not supposed to be inside the area you find the spark plug.. just their conformation that I was correct in my assumptions helped in many ways! Thanks guys for your help Perry upon my request looked at me and said " do not drive it manual amymore!!" Thank you for that I have not driven it manually and we made it back to our area so again thank you both for you knowledgeable humorous help I needed a good laugh today! ~Amber

This location went above and beyond anything I've ever seen before. I had to travel and they offered to hold my large heavy bulky item for 2 months and keep it safe before they shipped it. Item arrived exactly when they said it would . The professional packing job that they did was simply amazing. If you live anywhere near this location you would be doing yourself a disservice using anyone else to ship your valuable items. ~Lennie

I was walking in into The Nouria store today and saw and employee outside sweeping and she saw a customer struggling to put air into her tires. The employee not only showed her how to do it, but she did the first tire for her- customer was able to do the others by herself after the instruction. You don’t see that anymore! Nice job! ~B
