Seemed a decent place, but the entire back — rear edge of the deck lid, tail lights & panel, rear bumper — of my car stayed dirty & dusty. Surprising result? Not really. I didn't know this was an old-fashioned (1960s - 1970s period) car wash, where the scrubbing is done by spinning strips of carpet remnants. Honestly, this is the first time I've seen one in maybe 20 years. Most such brush-type car wash systems aren't equipped to clean a vehicle's rear surfaces, so commonly they'll have 2 employees at the entrance with hand-held pressure washers ('wands')...and AutoShine does exactly this. These guys pre-clean the rear surfaces, the lower side panels, plus the wheels & tires. Of course, this means results vary, depending upon how well those pre-cleaners do this job. On the day I was there, they could have done a lot better. . Service: Full body wash

6 bay car wash. Three automated, one of which is manned to prewash car before going through. Three manual wash bays. Prices were a dollar a minute with 4 dollar minimum. Can use credit card in any bay. Basic wash 13 dollars for automated bays.

Paying for monthly membership and seems to always be broken and can’t wash my car. When they are open it’s only one bay with a giant line you wait 30-40 mins in to wash your car! They are advertising under new management but being a customer for a while now I can’t help but notice the problem is worse now! They need to fix the car wash bays one bay open is not working I’m about to cancel my membership and elsewhere if this don’t change soon

Paid for 20 wash. Was more like a 5 dollar spray. Wax sprayer was clogged. Advertised with a hand dry, that wasn't done. Not their best day today Service: Full body wash

Business is marketed as a 24 hour/ 7 days a week car wash, but it was deserted with the car wash bays closed when I stopped by around 2pm on a normal Tuesday. I had just purchased a membership at this location via EverWash and had to call to request a refund. I understand that all businesses have maintenance and other issues that might cause them to close unexpectedly, but there was no signage by the bays or on the office door and nothing posted online about the closure. They have a very large LED sign out front that would be the perfect place to post unexpected closures. Something that simple would change my opinion entirely, but they neglected to do that. I had a basic $13 wash done in the large bay on 8/27/21. Upon getting home I noticed numerous black streaks running across the hood of my small white SUV. It took some time and rubbing to get them out. I called Auto Shine 3 times and left voice mails, then e-mailed them as well, simply requesting a refund. After posting this review I got a reply and they refunded my $, but it should not have been this difficult. Service: Full body wash

Went there yesterday for a basic self-service wash. First, there are huge gaps in the pavement when you enter and exit the facility. Noticed that there was no soap coming out of the wind in the first bay car wash. After five minutes of self washing the car, went to the office to let them know that there was no soap coming out of the wand. Was told “yeah, that hasn’t worked for several weeks.” No sign saying it doesn’t work. Pretty sleepy business practices. Asked for a refund or for them to put me into a different bay and all the little twerp could say was “sorry man”. The bay should not even be open.

Absolute no. The part of the car that did get washed got scratched up. The other side didn't get washed. $16 is very expensive for a very cursory machine wash and it it were free it wouldn't compensate for the scratches. And the attendants gave me no instruction (a sign up on the wall is completely obstructed plus I was focused on driving between the tire track and then following their hand instruction to stop). No one said to put the car in neutral. That's the one instruction.. why don't they tell you? Why isn't there a sign while you wait before entering? They can't use a bit of their breathe to say "put it in neutral? just assume that everyone "just knows". I hope my transmission isn't damaged. And the only one other time in my life that I used a car wash years ago the guy came and did a hand dry of the windshield. On a sunny October day when there weremt other cars waiting.. it's clearly not in their model. They didn't ask if my car was ok or tell me what to look for. So, on all accounts, avoid
