Heath and Perry today when I rush inside the store a nit disrrought over my car about to die.. they were awesome to me, not only lend me the tools I needed, look up the correct diagram and diagnosis but as mother nature decided to give a flash flood storm as I began working on my car .. after waiting it put the guys were able to step out side to confirm that what I was assuming was not supposed to be inside the area you find the spark plug.. just their conformation that I was correct in my assumptions helped in many ways! Thanks guys for your help Perry upon my request looked at me and said " do not drive it manual amymore!!" Thank you for that I have not driven it manually and we made it back to our area so again thank you both for you knowledgeable humorous help I needed a good laugh today!

My car broke down on my way to visit friends in Maine, it was towed to VIP auto which is in the same complex as O Reilly had to leave the car and the wrong parts was sent by O Reilly which is attached and sent the incorrect part. DAY 3 it finally arrived and was repaired, a mild night mare. But I'm back on the road.

Stopped in to pick up a replacement license plate light as I had been pulled over the night before for that issue. I explained my problem to the employee working (who later revealed she was the manager from the Augusta store) and she promptly identified the necessary bulb for my car. I asked (mostly hoping) if she could either help me to replace the light or show me how to do so. She readily agreed and followed me out to my car. After several attempts to access the light, through no fault on the employees part, she requested the assistance of her coworker who luckily had worked for a car dealership the same as the brand of my vehicle. He was able to replace the light and did so with a great attitude. The two employees who assisted me went above and beyond their job expectations and I truly appreciate their efforts!

Great service at the Topsham, ME location!!! Eli was friendly, knowledgable, and helpful! After I bought the headlight bulb I needed, he didn’t miss a beat and walked from the register to my car, changed the bulb and wished me a good day! Thank you!!!

The two employees I saw were friendly and helpful. The product I was looking for was in stock and I ended up getting an additional item that I already owned but felt was a better quality. The store was clean and well organized. Only complaint I had was that though they were open until 8 their open sign was off when I pulled in at quarter after 7 and their posted hours on the doors said open till 7. The employees explained that their winter hours had yet to be taken down. It's the 23rd of July I think they may want to get around to that.

Outstanding customer service. I was looking for a drop hitch with a specific distance between the pin and the drop. One of the employees measured it for me before I came, and they let me take it out and verify that it would work before paying. I'll definitely be back the next time I need something.
