6 Best bank in Annapolis, Maryland (MD) 2024

I enjoy TD itself but, since you took away the location in Arnold. I have to travel to Annapolis. Its an inconvenience for me and I'm sure others. So yesterday I made my way after hours and the door would not open with my card. Times before you were remodeling and I couldn't gain access to the ATM as well there is no drive thru ATM. ~Nick

This was my third attempt with one of your shred fest events. While I appreciate that it is a free event, it’s annoying to me that you don’t have enough space to go to he end. I was there at noon and your truck was full. Again, this has happened at two other events. Worse, however, was your condescending staff telling me to have a nice weekend with a snarky tone. I have a business account which was transferred from BB&T. Truist is the most Terrible bank I have ever dealt with. Every single time I try to do anything with this bank it's a problem. Every time trying to use online banking and every time trying to call. I cannot call customer service and speak to a representative without spending 5 minutes navigating menus that dont recognize your social security number or tax ID. When experiencing a problem and needing to speak with someone you can almost guarantee 90 plus minutes because you only have about a 1 in 3 chamce that someone will know whats happening. P.S. I cannot speak directly of the individuals inside of this branch Its the company and the unreliable technology they use. If you want to withdraw cash be careful. They dont hold very much money in their bank. They may not be able to fulfill your request. I have had an overwhelmingly poor experience every step of the way with this banks systems. This has been my primary branch since 2013, but I've been an M&T customer since the mid 2000s. I've always found the Bankers there very friendly and genuinely helpful. I never have to wait long and they talk to you like a real person. It is a small branch in downtown Annapolis. There is plenty of street parking or a lot with meters behind the building. It's worth going to lunch or taking a nice walk while you're down there! Samantha H. has always been wonderful to me. I went RUNNING in there 5 years ago when I urgently needed an additional cashiers check for my home closing, she accommodated me immediately and we closed on the house in time! Three years ago she helped me with an account problem and now five years later, she helped me again this week! Thanks again!! ~Gary
