Best car dealer in Bethesda, Maryland (MD) 2024

Please avoid at all costs. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from this establishment. They had the car I was searching for. I test drove it and noticed sort of a high pitched hum. I wanted the car but the sound was a concern. I brought it to the dealers attention (Andre). He said he would get it fixed. A few days later he called and said it was fixed. I bought it the car and heard the humming on my way home. When I complained they told me to call their service center, I’ve left a few messages and no one has called me back. The dealership is aware of the situation. The inspection light also came on when I arrived home. The key fobs Barely work and i noticed there were dark orange spots on the car due to someone shinning the tires with oil. It’s not easy to remove the oil from the paint on the car. I’ve had the car for almost a week. I do not recommend this establishment. ~Dayna
