Well, My windshield got smashed, my deductible is $500, and the cost for a new windshield was $500...so I was like, "f*!k it, let's go to Safelite." The first time they put the windshield on, it was crooked. I pitched a little fit, and was like, "Yo! I gave y'all $500, make this right." So, within a few days, they totally took care of everything. Now my windshield is perfect, and everything was the standard price of $500. Plus they cleaned my windows. I'm happy with the service they provided. Plus the Bethesda Safelite is within walking distance of the Red Line Bethesda Metrorail Station. ~Catherine
