I have had nothing but positive experiences with H&B! I love supporting local, family-owned businesses as well!! My first experience was when I heard water dripping from inside of my wall. I had a contractor open the wall up for me and he noticed the plumbing issue. Since this home was going to be on the market soon, I needed to get this issue fixed quickly. My realtor contacted H&B for me while I was at work and they got me in the very next day. The technician even sent me pictures of where the leak was coming from and what the issue was. It was nice to see the before and after photos so I could see the work that was completed. The technician did this while I was at work as well. I didn't even need to be there!! I left him a key and he stayed in contact with me the entire time!! My second experience came a few weeks after. My toilet would leak when flushed. I went to the office to schedule this appointment and they were able to schedule me right away to resolve the issue. I spoke directly with the owner (Gregg) and he was very friendly and professional. It's nice to see an owner that's fully involved in his business!! My third experience (and hopefully my last because no one wants plumbing issues...lol), was for a toilet that when flushed would not stop running. When I was at the office previously, I did mention to the owner that one of my toilets won't stop running after being flushed. He gave me his direct cell # and said to send him pictures of the inside of the tank and he would help me diagnose it. Upon sending him pictures, he said I just needed a new flapper and it was an easy fix. He volunteered to come to my home himself and fix it for me. He did not charge me because he said "I spent enough already!". It's nice to know a business that will not nickel and dime you! I would recommend H&B for all your plumbing needs!! ~Krista

Michelle and her team are top notch! They’ve been taking care of our house for a few months now and are the best cleaners we’ve ever had. They are always on time and on top of what needs to be done and are excellent with communication. Service was awesome and the food was good! There is a really great view of the bay from the restaurant. I had an old fashioned and it was one of the best I have had in a while. With that being said, I think it’s fair to warn people that the parking is valet only? I could be wrong. I didn’t try very hard but, from what I can tell, it’s valet only. You will need to park somewhere close by if that is not your jam. ~Andy

This is my preferred location over Elkton due to the great customer service. The employees are consistently friendly and diligent. Not sure how they do it, but all my packages dropped off inside the building at the mail slot always register as "accepted by USPS" on tracking by the end of the day. Yeah, they're closed for lunch...I accept that and hopefully you can too. ~San
