I walked into the store and two people were sitting at the desk on the main floor and neither acknowledged me. I wanted to just walk out after that because customer service is big to me. So after I said hello to them one answered while the other continued playing a game. I understand if your business is slow but pay attention when a customer does come inside. Luckily i found a stove but not the one i wanted but the delivery was delayed a week long than expected so not happy about that. ~Bri
