Excellent service. Ivan helped me pick a new phone that would work for me as I'm not an IPhone person. Just wanted a simple phone that does what I need with more storage. I ordered my new phone. They were very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best size phone. Additionally, when I picked up my phone yesterday, they helped me get the right accessories, put them on for me and helped me get my phone all set up. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Since i've had cricket service. this cricket location on Ordnance rd has been very helpful. they're very patient and help me with all my needs. if i could give them more than 5 stars i definitely would. Both of the girls there are sweethearts and i recommend them to all my family and friends. They're customer service is phenomenal, the best store ever.
