I ordered my new phone. They were very knowledgeable and helped me pick the best size phone. Additionally, when I picked up my phone yesterday, they helped me get the right accessories, put them on for me and helped me get my phone all set up. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Also, she was extremely nice and personable. I would 100% recommend this location.

3 stars because they try and upsell everything a little too much for me they try and sell you stuff you don't need. They don't seem to be completely upfront with you about all information regarding your account when compared to talking to a Verizon person on the phone. Customer service was good but that upselling was annoying..

I have a business account at this place. Jason was great. But he was there by himself trying to handle 5 people at one time. I had an appt and kept going because the lobby was full with one person working. I came back and had to wait 30 minutes then it felt like i really did not get the attention a customer deserves. Jason did his best. He was helping two people at one time with two waiting and a walk in comes in to buy an accessory. He had to create an account to buy the accessory. Its painful to observe when you need to get out of there and everyone is on hold so someone can buy a cord for 10 minutes. I was willing to upgrade device to get out of there quicker and that had issues. I spent over an hour there and got nowhere close to getting my upgraded phone. they changed my account to get the best deal for me, and i'm grateful. But the time spent there has to improve. My business would crater like that. Jason did his best and i would hire him in a heartbeat. It was just frustrating. I hope they staff up. My interactions in the past have been fine.

I m a 20 year and over customer it would be nice if I could get more discounts as a senior citizen and more than Verizon offers when you trade in and up grade your previous cellphone, also more discounts such as Homeland Security and for over 20 years dedicated customers. I should've gotten more discounts but I didn't. Please reach out to me and I can explain more! Again 5 star service.
