You have an ad that says $10 gift card if you buys such items in which I did , but ..I have to go and fall in line at Customer service to claim it...You should have it in your Registers. I have the App to that I showed the cashier.

Most everyone working the curbside pickup is very sweet. Sometimes I have an item missing from my order, but I don't ever mind swinging back. I'm thankful that curbside pickup is a luxury made available for everyone. Thank you, Target!

6/26/22 – “Targeting” African American Customers Before writing this, I scrolled through the present and past reviews to see if my encounter was an isolated incident of Racial Profiling. Sadly, this has been an ongoing problem at this location, and other stores throughout the United States. Google Target’s lawsuit settlements. A review was posted 3 weeks ago, 1 year ago, and 3 years ago. I would encourage any individual who has experienced discriminatory acts at any Target worldwide to inform others through social media, filing a complaint with corporate or take legal action if applicable. On 5/31/22, I telephoned Target's corporate office to file my complaint. I spoke with Tierra, Guest Relationship Manager. She provided me with a case number. Tierra reported that protocol is to forward my information to Sedjewick Claims Management Services and an agent would reach out to me in a few days. Thus far, there has been no contact which prompted me to write this review. This sends the message that Target, their vendors, and stakeholders condones this type of behavior. The purpose of my visit was to return and repurchase the same items because of a price reduction. I was completing 3 different transactions because the items were purchased on separate dates. However, I did have the original receipts which verified my method of payment. The clothing items was reduced 30% because of the Memorial Day sale, and I wanted to be compensated for the difference. I entered the store with a T.J. Maxx’s multi-purpose reusable bag. The front and back of the bag has the words, “Black is Beautiful.” Inside of the T.J. Maxx’s bag were 2 smaller plastic bags (Walmart and Target), with the apparel being returned. At the conclusion of the transactions, I asked Anna if I needed to leave the items I planned on repurchasing at customer service, or can I put them in the cart because I was going to do some additional shopping. She looked at me and said, “You can take them with you as long as you don’t put them back into your bag!” I was hoping I misheard her reply, and asked Anna to repeat what she said. Sadly, her response was the same, “You can take them with you as long as you don’t put them back in your bag!” My body frozen was and I became speechless. Immediately, I told Anna her statement was offensive, and she was racially profiling me based on my ethnicity. She did not comment, show remorse or any emotions during our interaction. Anna had a stern, cold look on her face and tried to intimidate me. The Executive Team Leader, Michael Witmer was called to the front of the store per my request. We discussed what had transpired. Michael offered to help me locate the item by using his handheld scanner. While navigating the device, Michael looked at my tee shirt I was wearing which was an item from Target's Pride collection purchased several weeks ago. The shirt read, “Black & Proud.” Without hesitation Michael said, “Are you looking for a gay pride dress?” His bias comment was inappropriate. It's apparent Michael and his team members are comfortable using offensive language and profiling their customers. I no longer felt comfortable and felt it was in my best interest to leave the store. Prior to exiting, I showed Michael the clothing I had returned was still in the shopping cart. I didn’t want them to think I was stealing the items because Anna had already considered to be a thief. Michael’s peace offering or condescending behavior was to give me a $20 gift card. He said it would help me purchase the dress I was looking to purchase. Really? I was appalled and told him to have a good day. I will be donating the gift card. As I was sitting in my car tears began to stream down my face. They were for the sacrifices of my ancestors. Regardless of your race, sex, religion, or national origin discrimination should not be accepted or tolerated. By all accounts, Target has failed to provide training on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. #Equality & Justice for All #End Discrimination #Black is Beautiful #Love to the LGBTQIA+ Community

I love target. But tonight's experience at the Glen Burnie location off Crain Hwy was unusually atrocious, for no reason! I sent my husband to Target for a couple of items while I was on the phone with him around 9pm. When he got in line in the self-checkout, he asked the woman who was in self check out if he could check out his 2 items before she shut down the self-check out. She looked him dead in the eye and proceeded to shut it down anyway, without saying a word. He asked her several more times and she still never responded. He then wished her to have a better night than she was having. Still no word. There was a tall black guy who spoke up and said that there was a problem with the register even though someone was still using the register in self-checkout with no issues. I then asked the woman (an older black woman with short natural hair with bald spots (not trying to be mean just specific!) What her name was and she continued to ignore him. She then went on to talk to the person finishing up their checkout. So he then said he's going to call corporate and she yelled, 'I don't care if you call corporate!' So once he got to the register, he asked the cashier for that woman's name, and she refused to provide it. Then he asked for the manager whom her name was Mykel and she said the lady overseeing self checkouts name was Mary when the someone else said Denetra. We still don't know if that's her name or whether that's even her real name. Mykel the manager said 'well if you can guess her name than you are probably right'. My husband told her the isse that 'Denetra' brought on. All the manager said was, 'Okay.' And then he told her he wanted to call corporate and she said, 'for?' We asked the managers name and she refused to give her name as well. I only found out Mykel's name after calling the store. Atrocious attitudes. Horrible customer service.

Must be under new management. Barely any workers with lines all the time now. Don't expect to get in and out on a rush. Clearly corporate doesn't care about workers wages or hiring. I expect this place to close down soon due to lack of people running it. Another lazy cash grab

I love going to target - weather is a quick Starbucks run or just to browse around the isles - who doesn't love a run to Target :)

Customers in this target are just as bad as Walmart. Lady cut in line at the pharmacy. Proceeded to cuss and yell at me because I told her there’s a line behind. What you expect from Glen Dirty.. very trashy.

This is one of the worst Targets I’ve been to. Self checkout has been busted for over a month and I watched the last machine go out today. Why even offer a service if it can’t be properly maintained?

Great place to shop. People are so friendly! Love how organized they are, compared to other stores. No comment! And love their app, I love how they can DELIVER to you or you can go in and PICK IT UP or you can DRIVE UP. Definitely recommend you to download the app. Thank you Target! #ILoveTarget
