What's up with homeless hanging outside and inside royal farms? All hours. Not good for business. I feel bad for the employees and not appealing to customers either.

Stopped in again this evening to get 2 packs of cigarettes and a couple of cokes. Went to check out and the lady told me I had to use self checkout. I told her I do not use them. The lady told me she did not have enough cash and I had to use self checkout. I told her I was using debit card. That she could check me out. She again said she was not checking me out to use self checkout. I sat everything down and left. Dashing down the street was happy to take my money and to check me out.

This is the most inconsistent location I have seen. This location never has a full cooler to choose from, and if it is full it's all the same item. Chicken salad is barely chopped up, I get whole tough pieces of the chicken, clearly it's old. Air machine never works, countless other reasons this one is sub-par. Since the management change about a year or so ago the quality of everything declined, as well as the morale in the store. People that I had seen there for a long time wound up quitting because of it, and the ones that have stuck around are spoken to like dirt. I do not recommend this particular location until they change management again to someone respectful that knows what they're doing.

I come here to grab a morning caffiene hike and a protein bar :). Well stocked, friendly staff and a clean store. Self-checkout generally only takes card, but it's not a huge issue. Gas/rewards program gets you 10 cents off a gallon, and it always seems to have what I need. Great little spot.

I haven’t seen the person that was the focus of my negative review. I like royal farms because of their quick follow ups. This place is good and the older man behind the counter always makes you feel welcome. Back to five stars. Keep it up guys.

Really like the chicken, but tonight it was overcooked and oily,westen fries the same even had a strange odor, but I guess my real complaint is the cashier. This is the second time I had Albert wait on me, this guy is so busy watching what everyone else is doing, that he just stands there.He needs taken off the front line and let him stock shelf's or something.

While the food is good...the service isn't. This is my second time having an employee argue and have an attitude the entire time due to mistakes on the staff's part. I would like to preference that I am not one to complaining make things difficult for employees in the service industry. There was an older woman with an accent working today, me and two friends came in with 3 food tickets. First ticket was fine, however the second and third were apparent issues. After watching multiple customers leave with their orders...we decided to say something. Big mistake... They forgot my fries and had a huge attitude when I asked for them and my sauce (printed on the tickets...). My other friend was given the wrong order and was called back because it was a wrong order. After over 40 mins of waiting...we said something again. She acted like we were trying to rob the store of chicken...she kept serving other customers while we were right there. Mumbling under her breath and telling other customers in front of us that "people do this all the time". My response was "what? Wait an hour for their food?". We then asked for the tickets back (for a refund) and she kept refusing them to us. She gave extra pieces to customers for waiting long, except for us because we were I guess "giving her a hard time". We even empathized with her, saying that she was overworked and that we understood but she kept sarcastically saying "no I get it...im just stupid". All in all we had to fight with this woman and waited 50 mins for food. She messed up multiple orders, denied us a refund....and worst of all, blamed us for her mistakes. I will never again get food when she is working and I hope the person in charge can make amends and treat their employee to be professional. This woman was double our age and acted like a child. A customer using the ATM told us that she was here before and had a similar issue with her. I'd like to note that the women at the register were professional and polite. Never had an issue with them. Food was great....employee serving it was abysmal and unprofessional.

I used to avoid this place; however after the demolition and rebuild it's becoming a more regular stop. Everything about this Royal Farms Store is new including the employees or at least it seems that way. The inside is very bright and welcoming. The layout makes it easy to locate what you're looking for. Oh and did I mention that they have a working, free air machine for your car? That alone is worth the trip.

7/14/2017, just got off work at 4am decided to get fried chicken for a quick meal. We ordered fried chicken, we ask the guy at the food counter if the fried chicken are fresh and He said "Yes". We got home and open the bag, well unfortunately we got OLD, DRIED, GREASY, CHEWY and OVER COOKED fried chicken!! We're just too tired to go back and complain! Never again!
