Staff is usually really nice. The cashiers are always pleasant. Good selection of food and other things you need. I live nearby, so this is my go to grocery store. Would recommend!

I have everything good or bad to say just like every other grocery store It's a hit-and-miss sometimes they have what you are looking for sometimes they don't but some of these stores think because of the pandemic covid-19 they can raise the prices on some items smh. So I am going from 4 stars to 3 stars.

Unassuming and never busy. Thinly stocked. Customer service is good and easy parking. Not a fan of their meat cuts and poultry. Not had for a quick trip, otherwise plan and go elsewhere.

Be careful buying meat or seafood from this place. They are not even smart enough to remove the old expiration sticker after stamping a new one over top saying its still ok. Manager would not give refund and was extremely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs

First I like to start by saying I love food lion supermarkets and at the Pasadena mountain rd store there is an exceptional young gentlemen by the name of Daniel that always give the very best in customer service it's awesome coming to your store.

Good grocery store. The only issue I have is sometimes the express lane has someone working that is not fast and that allows more items than the customer should have and they alow it.

I stopped in on Saturday to pick up so me stuff for our cookout and the sausage I needed was not on the shelf. I asked a employee if he could get someone from the meat department to help me and he came back out and stated the meat department guy was unloading a truck and would be with me soon…Well like 5 minutes later Shane (meat department) came out and I told him what I needed and he unloaded the cart of meat and retrieved my sausage! That is just awesome customer service and I truly appreciate not having to go to another store! I just wanna say thank you Shane for being awesome!! I did let the manager know how much I appreciated the excellent customer service.

This grocery store is very clean and well stocked. The isles are wide and stocked and the items that are the weekly specials are clearly marked and shows the amount saved with your MVP Card. The isles are wide and have signs overhead to tell you what items are available in this isle. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 due to their prices are high if nit in sale. The seem to carry all the name brands and of course their own brand which of course cheaper than name brand. They have a nice bakery section with fresh made baked goods and of course a nice selection of cakes, specialty cakes, pies, and a nice variety of breads. They have a very nice produce department but if not on sale are fairly expensive. They have a nice meat department and the display is pretty attractive. Their last isle is completely stocked with frozen items like a very large selection of ice cream and frozen treats. Overall it is a very nice grocery store and easy to get to as it's in a small Plaza right on the main strip behind McDonald's.
