Aretha's Hair Weaving & Braiding

I went to Aretha's hair salon today, and people let me tell you. The service that she provides oh my goodness, she's truly amaaaaazing.,she is truly a God sent, she does an amazing job during your hair, and not only that she uplift your spirits. I have alopecia and she did not make me feel like an outcast like some salons have done in the past, and that's why I haven't been to a salon in years. So I'm so so please that getting back into going to a hair salon,it was with Ms. Aretha, Lord willing all of my summer styles I will be going to her, even though she's a good 50 minutes from me, it's worth it,I got a pixie blonde weave in my hair, and I'm in love with myself all over again..and she makes you feel so welcome, and her salon in so cozy and welcoming, and some of her family and friends dropped by, and they just made me and my daughter feel like family, real down to earth people, which is hard to find this days..While she's doing your hair,it just feels like you're at a spa, they only have 5 stars up there, but this place and Ms. Aretha is definitely a ten all across the board. It sure was a great experience, that I genuinely enjoyed, most definitely will be coming back. Thank you Katrina 🙏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 Services: Hair extensions, Hairstyling, Braids ~Trina

Iron Charm

I placed an online order for delivery with Iron Charm, totaling $27.35 (not including delivery fee, tax, and tip). I realized that the paper version of the menu indicated “Order $20 FREE Spring Roll or Egg Roll.” The online ordering site did not offer this, so I called the restaurant to inquire. The “not-so-polite” woman, that answered the phone, advised that I was not eligible for this free item because I ordered using the site and I paid with a credit card. The paper menu does not indicate these exceptions. The food was not bad, but there also was nothing exceptional about it—very average. Nevertheless, I do not like when businesses publish offers, and then, have these unpublished/unwritten exceptions that disqualify customers. The value of the freebie is $1.48, so it seems that this business would honor the advertised offer without regard to payment method or the medium utilized to place the order. I refuse to patronize businesses that employ such unscrupulous tactics to draw patrons and employ unpublished rules to disqualify customers from benefitting from certain offers. My impact on this merchant may result in nothing, but I wanted to share my experience because unlike their average tasting food, the failure to give me a free spring or egg roll, left a horrible taste in my mouth. 🤣🤣🤣 ~Clifton
