I called for a appointment, for fill-in and pedicure. Only one person in there doing pedicures so I had got my nails done 1st. I am upset because as soon as my nails are done. The lady that sits in the back went on to run the water for my pedicure. 1. They don’t use the disposable covers. A lady walked through the door & whispered something in her ear she proceeded to sit down & started working on her nails. I thought maybe she was repairing a nail or something. No you took another customer right in my face! Must be nice to just walk in & sit in a chair no matter whose there waiting already. Worst first and last experience! Service: Gel manicures ~Chaunte

By far the worst customer service I've gotten. do not get warranties from this company because they do not stand by it. I'm still waiting for payment on labor warranty bits been 3 months. they will also not send your parts on time and lie to you about part arrival they over price their used parts. Most of the time they get their parts from other yards instead and have no idea how many miles or info on "their" parts.. ~Luis

Ricky is the best mechanic. Three times i thought something was wrong. Three times he said come pick up. Everything is fine. He could have fixed something or lied but he didn't...times three. He's a keeper ~deanwood

Great prices for multi-day rentals and the owner offered me local pick-up to the rental shop. The vehicles are a little older than what you may typically see at the larger competitors but this is what allows Royal Red to offer much lower prices, especially if you wish to rent a larger vehicle like a minivan. Overall had a great experience with this company! ~Jonathan
