I called for a appointment, for fill-in and pedicure. Only one person in there doing pedicures so I had got my nails done 1st. I am upset because as soon as my nails are done. The lady that sits in the back went on to run the water for my pedicure. 1. They don’t use the disposable covers. A lady walked through the door & whispered something in her ear she proceeded to sit down & started working on her nails. I thought maybe she was repairing a nail or something. No you took another customer right in my face! Must be nice to just walk in & sit in a chair no matter whose there waiting already. Worst first and last experience! Service: Gel manicures

Nice staff. But I don't like having to ask for a service that should already be done. I asked for the gentleman to clean under my nails and he only did the big toe. I had to ask him to cut the nail down below where it was split. I couldn't believe he was going to just leave it like that. I don't like paying for a service then having to go home and do my own repairs of what he didn't do.

I bumped into Mimi looking for an open shop on a Sunday, this was two months ago. I have been going ever since. So far Mimi has failed to disappoint. My second time going I took a picture of cartoon nails and she did it exact. I plan on continuing my visits.

I asked for a gel fill. It turned out okay accept for the mail tech yanking my hands, being super rough. I almost said something to her. She left acrylic on on cuticles. Didn’t clean it up. Color nice but they could do better. Service: Acrylic nails

I got my nails done last Wednesday mind you I get the dip powder so yesterday my nails cracked but 2 days ago my top coat started to come off all my nails. I call today to see if MiMi can fix them but she always says she don’t have time. So I asked can someone else do it she says only she can. It’s not that hard to do dip and I have asked her before to make sure it’s thick. I should not be having this problem not even a week later. Okay especially after I spent over $160. She asked me not to put the review but f dat I been loyal and spending my hard earned money. I am highly upset. Services: Pedicures, Manicures, Nail art, Gel manicures
